"Don't be fooled by the glittery jumpsuit. Frazey Ford is out for blood. The video for this scathing breakup anthem, "Done," follows Ford — whose silky-soft vocals sound naughty and scrumptious wrapped around curse words — taking to the streets with friends and neighbors to strut and dance their rage away. When Wild author Cheryl Strayed, as advice columnist Sugar, hoped a reader would get "a bit of sully in your sweet," she could have been telling her audience to listen to this song on loop.
Frazey has announced more tour dates, including appearances at the Juan de Fuca Festival in Port Angeles, WA, and the End of the Road Festival in Dorset, UK. For a complete listing of all tour dates, visit the tour section here
Watch the video premiere here for "September Fields" via Wall Street Journal's Speakeasy Blog. The video, captured by filmmaker Robert Gordon in Royal Studios in Memphis, features studio footage with Frazey and the Hi Rhythm Section.
